Matthew Singleton

Matthew Singleton is an experienced Senior Project Engineer at KiwiRail, where responsibilities include overseeing WMUP 6A and managing rolling stock projects since September 2020. Prior to this, Matthew served at CAF from May 2017 to September 2020, holding the positions of Deputy Shift Manager and Warranty and Maintenance Technician, focusing on team supervision and resource management. Matthew's career began at Hitachi Rail Europe as a Lead Technician from June 2016 to May 2017, specializing in the maintenance of Class 800 rolling stock. Earlier experience includes a multiskilled technician role at Great Western Railway from September 2008 to July 2016, responsible for maintenance and repair of various rolling stock systems.
