Terence Galuszka is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and strategic IT management. Currently serving as Principal Architect at KiwiRail since March 2024, Terence previously held positions such as Chief Architect at NZ Post and Enterprise Architect at Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities. Terence has demonstrated expertise in translating business requirements into effective architectural solutions at the Department of Corrections-NZ, where collaboration across stakeholders was essential for addressing strategic planning and governance needs. Additional roles include Service Line Manager at Spark Digital NZ, Product Manager at Dimension Data, and Solution Design Manager at the Ministry of Social Development.
