Fiona Ross is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public policy and management within New Zealand's government sector. Currently serving as the General Manager at New Zealand Red Cross since December 2021, Fiona has previously held significant roles including Director of the Joint Venture Family Violence and Sexual Violence at the Ministry of Justice, where efforts were focused on eliminating family and sexual violence. At The Treasury, Fiona held multiple positions, culminating in the role of Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Secretary, driving international perspectives on domestic policy. Other notable positions include Acting Chief Executive at the Ministry for Women, Change Manager at the Cabinet Office, and Director at the Office of Government Commerce in the UK.
