Valeria Paris

Valeria Paris currently serves as the Pathways to Employment Manager at New Zealand Red Cross since March 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating program delivery and managing staff to meet contractual targets while working closely with refugee background clients to develop tailored career and employment plans. Prior experience includes roles as Programme Coordinator and ESOL Teacher at English Language Partners from October 2019 to March 2023, where Valeria coordinated various ESOL programs and provided individualized instruction. Valeria's teaching expertise extends across multiple institutions, including Duoc UC and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, specializing in English language education for diverse learners. Valeria holds a Postgraduate diploma in Spanish Language Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Education in English Language Teaching from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad Metropolitana de Ciencias de la Educación, respectively.
