Daan Rotman

Daan Rotman is an experienced software engineer specializing in cloud-native solutions and microservices, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at New10 since February 2022, where Daan focuses on backend processes in an AWS environment. Prior roles include Senior Fullstack Engineer at Nationale-Nederlanden, where Daan contributed to banking platform innovations, and positions at ING, The NextGen, and Young Colfield, developing continuous delivery standards and supporting various technology stacks. Daan's early career included research as a PhD candidate at Nikhef and founding a successful escape room venture. Daan holds a Master of Science degree in Instrumental Particle and Astroparticle Physics from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology.
