Katarzyna Szwarc

Katarzyna Szwarc is an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Member of the Stock Exchange Board at the Warsaw Stock Exchange since February 2024, Katarzyna has held multiple significant positions at CD PROJEKT SA, including Vice President of the Supervisory Board and Member of the Audit Committee. Additionally, Katarzyna is President of the Supervisory Board at Rockbridge and NEWAG S.A., and has provided legal counsel through Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Katarzyna Szwarc since February 2010. Previous roles include leadership positions at SOHO Development S.A. and Mennica Polska, among others. Education includes a Master of Laws from the University of Warsaw and a degree from IESE Business School.
