Michael Ginnetti, CPA, MBA

Michael Ginnetti, CPA, MBA is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at NewAge Industries, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of plastic and silicone tubing, hose, fittings, assemblies, and molded products. Prior to this role, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Worth & Company, Inc., a mechanical contractor providing plumbing, HVAC, prefabrication, and service to commercial customers in the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership and overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, risk management, and IT activities. Before that, they worked at Dorman Products as the Vice President - Corporate Controller, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Corporate Controller, overseeing financial operations for a supplier of automotive parts with annual gross revenues of over $1 billion. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Pulse Electronics Corporation (formerly Technitrol, Inc.) as the Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer, Director of Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting, Manager of Financial Reporting, and Senior Financial Analyst. Michael began their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Michael Ginnetti, CPA, MBA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University. Michael also obtained an MBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Prior to their college education, Michael earned their High School Diploma from Holy Ghost Preparatory School. In 2019, they furthered their knowledge by completing a Certificate in Business Analytics: From Data to Insights from The Wharton School. Additionally, Michael is certified as a Certified Public Accountant by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
