Hillary Rollins

Hillary Rollins, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent and culture management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent & Culture at NewAir since July 2022, Rollins previously held the position of Director of People & Culture at Epirus from May 2019 to June 2022. Rollins began a career in leadership and operations with the Paramount Page Leadership Program at Paramount Pictures and served as a Community Operations Manager at Facebook. Rollins also has a background in education and counseling from the United States Military Academy, where roles included Executive Officer/Head Counselor and Training and Development Officer. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University.
