David Shirley

David Shirley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, business development, and product development within various industries, including personal care and automotive aftermarket. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at NewBasis since April 2023, David previously held key leadership roles such as Vice President of Business Development at BPI Labs, Inc. and Vice President Operations at K&N Engineering, where significant improvements in inventory management and facility design were implemented. Prior experience includes serving as President of Progressive Suspension, achieving notable revenue growth, and as Vice President Product Development at Motorsport Aftermarket Group, Inc. and Edelbrock Corporation, where David led successful product development initiatives. David holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
