Kevin Archibald is an experienced technology support professional with a diverse background in IT support and operations. Currently serving as a Technology Support Specialist II at Broward County Public Schools since September 2021, Kevin provides first-level contact assistance and problem-solving guidance to customers. Previous roles include serving as an OPS Government Operations Consultant I at the Florida Department of Health in Flagler County, and as an IT Support Technician I at XOJET Aviation, where Kevin managed IT initiatives and resolved hardware/software issues, respectively.
