Steven Foster

Steven Foster currently serves as the Chair of the Professional Development and Standards Board at the British Parking Association since July 2022, focusing on learning, development, qualifications, professionalism, and diversity and inclusion. Additionally, Steven is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as the Regional Representative for the North East region on the BPA Council. Since September 2002, Steven has been a Team Manager at Newcastle City Council. Steven holds a Postgraduate Degree in Senior Leadership from Northumbria University, which was completed in August 2023.
