Terri Smith’s approach to life is reflective of the mission statement of her alma mater, Immaculata University, which leans heavily on the concepts of leadership and service.
That’s where Terri received her BA in Business and began an accomplished career as a human resource professional.
Along that journey she’s been guided by a favourite quote from Bob Marley, “Love the life you live. Live the life you love”; to be true to the very best that is in you, and live your life consistent with your highest values and aspirations.
Relentlessly curious, Terri loves traveling to new and different destinations to explore the uniqueness the world has to offer. But when home her preference is sometimes more sedate, especially opportunities to walk the beach with her husband and their dog.
Terri is a member of the Golden Isles Society for Human Resources, and is an active volunteer for the Coastal Georgia Honor Flight, which takes local WWII, Korean, and now Vietnam War Veterans on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Washington, D.C. to see the memorials built in their honor. She also makes time to volunteer each year each year at Aviation Career Day for children interested in learning more about careers in aviation.
