Bo Laraia, RCDD, TLT has a diverse range of work experience in the field of telecommunications and technology infrastructure.

Bo started their career in 1990 as a Network Manager at CIGNA, where they were responsible for the support and operations of network infrastructure for the Investment Management Division.

In 1997, Bo Laraia joined Avarex Partners as a Network Consultant, providing expertise in network systems.

From 2001 to 2013, they owned Wintonbury Solutions LLC, collaborating with clients to modernize and upgrade their network and telecommunications infrastructure. Bo also worked with architectural and engineering firms on various projects.

In 2013, they joined Kohler Ronan as a Senior Associate, where they led the Technology group and was responsible for the design and management of technology systems for building projects. Bo also supervised a team of designers and managed project budgets.

Currently, Bo Laraia is with Newcomb & Boyd, LLP, where they serve as a Principal and the Communications Studio Director. Bo also holds the role of Associate Partner, Communications.

Bo Laraia, RCDD, TLT, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Hartford, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from the same university, from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their educational qualifications, Bo Laraia has obtained the Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification from BICSI in December 1998. Bo also holds the Telecommunications Infrastructure Layout Technician (TLT) certification from the State of Connecticut, obtained in October 2006.
