Director Of Learning And Development at Newcomer

Amy Hagen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amy began their career as a Residential Manager at Wichita Children's Home in 1997, where they stayed until 2009. After that, they served as the Director of Training at Children's Alliance of Kansas from 2009 to 2015. Following this role, they worked as a Learning and Development Business Partner at Dairy Farmers of America from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Amy holds two positions at Newcomer Funeral Service Group. Amy started as a Senior Instructional Designer in 2016 and quickly advanced to become the Director of Learning and Development, a position they still hold. In this role, they are responsible for creating and implementing engaging learning events and e-learning courses for associates, as well as facilitating training programs for various leadership roles.

Amy Hagen earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from Wichita State University, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Amy then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from 2000 to 2002.
