Kelly Welch, SHRM-CP, CEBS, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Newcomer Funeral Service Group, a role held since January 2021, providing comprehensive human resource consulting, leadership, and administration of benefits programs. Prior to this, Kelly was the Benefits Manager at Midwest Health, Inc. from December 2013 to January 2021, managing employee benefit plans and leading HR teams during acquisitions. Kelly's career began at the Kansas Insurance Department, where from July 2005 to December 2013, responsibilities included insurance regulation and addressing consumer complaints. Kelly holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Baker University and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from Washburn University.
