Mr. Lee is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with more than 20 years of experience in the mining sector. His experience includes financial reporting for both Canadian and U.S. listed companies with international operations, corporate finance, strategic planning, tax planning, corporate governance, and equity financings. Mr. Lee has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is articled with Deloitte.
