Steven Lam

Steven Lam is an accomplished information security professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Newegg since June 2019, Steven has established protocols for information security functions and enhanced disaster recovery programs, significantly improving incident response times. Prior roles include Senior Information Assurance Architect and Senior Information Security Analyst at Entertainment Partners, where Steven executed security assessments and led the analysis of internal applications. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Information Security Consultant at Farmers Insurance, where two information security departments were developed, and starting as an Insurance Agent at State Farm Insurance, achieving exceptional sales performance. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and is certified as CISSP, CISM, and CISA.
