Wendy Song is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing, and corporate finance. Currently serving as Sr Director and Corporate Controller at Newegg, Wendy oversees various financial processes, including quarterly and annual SEC filings, accounting research, and investor relations support. Prior roles include Assistant Controller at Markwins Beauty Brands Global, Assurance Manager at PwC, and Senior Accountant at Frazer, LLP, where Wendy managed financial audits and compliance projects. Wendy holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from Kelley School of Business, an MBA in International Management from Baldwin Wallace University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Business from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
