Sara Zwiefelhofer

Sara Zwiefelhofer currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Integrated Talent at Newell Brands, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Sara held multiple prominent roles at Oracle from November 2022 to November 2024, including Sr. Director of Learning and Development and Director of Leadership and Top Talent Development. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Learning and Development and Director of Employee Experience at Cerner Corporation (October 2020 - December 2022), and Director of Talent Management and Culture at SC Johnson (September 2016 - September 2020). Additionally, Sara worked as an Independent Consultant for Talent Development at Sycamore Partners (October 2015 - September 2016), Manager of Learning and Development at Equinox (November 2014 - October 2015), and held several positions at Kohl's from April 2009 to November 2014, culminating as Sr. Designer of Leadership Development. Sara earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College (2014 - 2016) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communicative Disorders and Gender Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2004 - 2008).
