Alena Hovarava

Alena Hovarava began their work experience in 2006 as an Operations Manager at Gotham Telecom Inc. Alena then transitioned to the role of Project Manager at TelNetworks USA in 2010 and worked there until 2015. In 2015, Alena joined Vocal IP as a Project Manager until 2016. Alena then moved on to Consolidated Technologies, Inc. (CTI) in 2016 as a Project Manager, where they served as the Project Management Lead and an associate PM trainer. During their time at CTI, they received two outstanding achievement awards in 2017 and 2021 and actively contributed to the Operations team weekly standups. Alena's most recent role is currently Director of Project Management at New Era Technology, starting in 2023.

Alena Hovarava received a Certificate in Project Management from Baruch College in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management & Finance from Brooklyn College between 2002 and 2006.
