Neil Hockenhull

Neil Hockenhull has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Neil is currently the Head of Finance at Newfield Fabrications Limited. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Consultant at Lean Principles Financial Consultant, where they specialized in providing bridging and development finance to property professionals. Neil also served as an Interim Finance Business Partner at Interserve, where they successfully recovered and improved performance against contractual KPIs. Neil has held leadership roles at Portsdown Office Limited and Kingley Homes Properties, where they gained extensive knowledge and experience in finance and HR responsibilities. Neil has also worked as a Consultant at Bournemouth University and as the Head of Financial Services at the University of Chichester. Earlier in their career, they served as the Finance and Operations Director at Di Gi CO UK Limited, where they made significant contributions to the strategic direction of the business. Neil began their career at Raymarine, where they worked as a Six Sigma Expert and later transitioned into financial roles, including Financial Controller.

Neil Hockenhull holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth. During the academic year 2002-2003, they attended the Cranfield School of Management to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
