Jim Pastor

James is a quality management expert with nearly three decades of experience leading quality and program management in advanced manufacturing. James joined New Flyer in 2019 and is responsible for leading its quality assurance and continuous improvement function, with oversight across transit bus operations. Prior to New Flyer, James spent over fifteen years in executive leadership positions with General Motors, Johnson Controls, and Adient. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Kettering University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan-Flint.
