Kim Turner

Kim Turner is a seasoned professional in instructional design and learning development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Instructional Design at Newfold Digital since June 2021. In this role, Kim leads a team of seven designers in creating scalable learning solutions, focusing on global training content for customer-facing agents. Previously, Kim held several key positions at Newfold Digital and its predecessor, Web.com, overseeing learning and development initiatives and collaborating with various business units to create impactful training modules. Earlier career experiences include editorial roles at Turner Editorial and EAST Magazine, along with public relations account management at RadCom Strategic Marketing. Kim holds a BS in Advertising from the University of Florida.
