Victor de Castro Faria

Victor De Castro Faria is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering. Currently serving as Head of Product and Engineering (R&D) and Head of Products & UX at Newfold Digital since February 2021, Victor has overseen significant organizational changes following the private acquisition of Endurance International Group. In addition, Victor holds the position of Head of Products for HostGator América Latina, managing product portfolios across multiple Latin American countries. Previous roles include Lead Product Manager at UOL - Universo Online, where Victor directed a team responsible for product strategy and user experience, and Product Owner for the TOTVS CLOUD platform, focusing on cloud solutions. Early career experience includes development and electronic design at UaiSoccer Robots, where Victor led a university team in creating AI-driven football robots. Victor earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei in 2014.
