Kaylyn Barker is a seasoned professional in business operations and management, currently serving as Business Operations Manager at Newfront since February 2019. Kaylyn played a crucial role as a founding member in establishing the Analytics and System Management for the Central Operations department, achieving significant improvements in data accuracy and client onboarding processes. Previous experience includes roles as Operations Associate at Collective Health and Teller at Chase, where skills in operational efficiency, data analysis, and customer service were developed.
