Linde Hotchkiss

Linde Hotchkiss, ARM, MBA, currently serves as Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director at Newfront, a position held since September 2019. Previously, Linde held various leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson from January 2010 to September 2019, including West Region Leader for Large Accounts, Managing Partner, and Regional Finance Officer for the Western Region. Linde's extensive experience at Marsh spans from 1997 to 2009, culminating as COO, Senior Vice President of Marsh Private Client Life Insurance Services, and earlier roles such as CFO in both private client services and life insurance divisions. Linde also worked at Sedgwick James from 1989 to 1995, serving as VP of Finance & Administration. Linde's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Simmons University, an Associate's degree in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America, and a Certificate in Financial Analysis from the University of Michigan.
