Phil Huffman

Phil Huffman holds extensive experience in leadership roles across the financial services, insurance, and publishing industries. Currently serving as U.S. Industry Leader for Manufacturing & Automotive at Newfront since February 2023, Huffman previously held senior vice president positions at Marsh and Willis Towers Watson. Notably, during tenure at PNC Bank, Huffman managed two banking centers, achieving over 15% growth in P&L for eight consecutive quarters. Early career accomplishments include leading significant business development efforts at VertMarkets and Jameson Publishing. Phil Huffman earned a degree in Economics with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics from Allegheny College.
