Nicole Summers

Nicole Summers has a diverse work experience in the homebuilding industry, spanning over two decades. In their most recent role at The New Home Company Inc. since April 2022, they serve as the Vice President of National Purchasing & Architecture. Prior to that, Nicole held the position of Vice President of Purchasing at Taylor Morrison from February 2020 to April 2022. Nicole also worked at William Lyon Homes as the Vice President of Purchasing from August 2019 to February 2020, and as the Director of Purchasing from October 2017 to August 2019.

Before joining William Lyon Homes, Nicole worked at D.R. Horton, America's Builder, for a long tenure. During their time at D.R. Horton, they held various positions such as Director of Purchasing from November 2014 to October 2017, Purchasing Manager from June 2012 to November 2014, Purchasing Agent from July 2002 to June 2012, and Contracts Administrator from July 1999 to July 2002.
