Sarah Carreon, PHR, SHRM - CP

Sarah Carreon, PHR, SHRM - CP has over 18 years of experience in various HR roles. Sarah started their career as a Case Manager II at Liberty Mutual in 2002. In 2006, they transitioned to Teacher Created Materials as an Assistant Editor. Sarah then joined eyeonics inc. in 2007 as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator. Later in the same year, they became a Project Manager at Katella Family Grill and served in that role until 2006.

In 2007, Sarah joined Bausch + Lomb as a Human Resources Representative and was promoted to Senior HR Representative in 2009. Sarah then became a Human Resources Manager at Bausch + Lomb from April 2013 to August 2013.

In 2013, Sarah joined CoreLogic as an HR Manager and worked there until March 2014. Sarah then joined New Home Co. in 2014 as an HR Business Partner and worked their way up to the role of Human Resources Manager from September 2015 to February 2017. From February 2017 to December 2017, they served as a Human Resources Director at New Home Co. and is currently the Vice President, People at the same company.

Sarah Carreon, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse education history. Sarah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Management and English from Chapman University, graduating in 2003. Prior to that, they attended Los Alamitos High School and completed their education there from 1996 to 1999. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in English from California State University, Long Beach, and successfully earned their degree in 2011.

In addition to their educational achievements, Sarah Carreon also possesses the Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification. Sarah obtained this certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2009.
