Renee Sawyer

Renee Sawyer is an experienced art educator with a focus on fine and digital arts, currently serving as an Adult Education Instructor at Newington Public Schools since December 2012. In this role, Renee instructs various adult education courses, including alternative photography processes and graphic design. Prior to this, Renee taught art and design to high school students and has held positions at Maine College of Art as a Technology Assistant and at multiple other educational institutions, providing art instruction to different age groups. Renee holds a Master of Fine Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from Maine College of Art & Design and both a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Science in Art and Design Education from Pratt Institute.
