Elizabeth Bienko

Elizabeth Bienko has a diverse work experience in human resources. Elizabeth currently serves as the Director of People at Newlight Technologies since January 2020. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a Principal Human Resources Consultant from June 2016 to January 2020. In this role, they provided expertise in various HR projects and served as a resource for HR leaders and executive leaders.

Before their self-employment, Elizabeth worked as the Director of Human Resources at Ambry Genetics Corporation from September 2011 to March 2016. Elizabeth also had experience as an HR Business Partner at United Launch Alliance from November 2007 to November 2008, where they successfully oversaw all HR activities during the plant closedown.

Elizabeth first attended Saint Bonaventure University from 1998 to 2000, earning a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Professional Leadership (M.S.O.D./M.P.L.). Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they studied at Houghton University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on HR/OD. Elizabeth also attended Trocaire College from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Medical/Clinical Assistant. Additionally, they acquired a Project Management Certificate from New Horizons, although the dates of their enrollment for this certification are unavailable.
