Janet Ackerman, RPh, has an extensive background in pharmacy with a career spanning several decades. Currently a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Newman Regional Health since May 2013, Janet previously served as Pharmacy Manager at Prescription Centre and Walgreens, demonstrating leadership and patient-focused care. Experience includes providing clinical chart reviews, pharmacokinetic consults, and managing daily pharmacy operations across various settings. Janet is recognized for exceptional patient counseling skills, particularly with emotional customers, and has administered extensive immunizations. Educational background includes a BS in Pharmacy from The University of Kansas, along with foundational studies at Emporia State University.
