Chuck Moore has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Regional Property Manager and Property Manager at NewMark Merrill Companies, Inc. since October 2014, overseeing a portfolio of over 750,000 square feet of retail shopping centers with various national tenants. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Property Manager at ECP Commercial and Director of Commercial Property Management at Cornerstone Property Management, where Chuck managed over 800,000 square feet of commercial properties, including significant tenants like Target, Wal-Mart, and the Federal Aviation Administration, while representing property owners in leasing negotiations.
