Scott Bluhm, SIOR has over a decade of work experience in the real estate industry. Scott is currently the Managing Director of Newmark Zimmer's Heartland Industrial & Logistics Team, where they specialize in landlord representation, tenant representation, seller/buyer representation, and investment sales/acquisitions. Prior to this role, Scott was the Director of Industrial Sales and Leasing at Newmark Grubb Zimmer, focusing on tenant/buyer representation, industrial investment acquisition, and the Johnson County Submarkets. Scott started their career at Zimmer Real Estate Services as an associate and later became a sales associate trainee under David Zimmer, SIOR, FRICS. Scott also has experience in image evaluation and management at Image Impact Inc., and data management and film editing at Time Warner Cable. Additionally, they worked as an analyst for the Kansas City Brigade, compiling statistics and records for the Arena Football League's teams and players.
Scott Bluhm, SIOR completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Miami University from 2007 to 2011. Scott also studied Economics as a secondary field of study during their time at Miami University. Prior to attending college, Scott graduated from Rockhurst High School in 2007. Before that, they attended Pembroke Hill from 2001 to 2004, and St. Paul's from 1991 to 2001.
