Marcella Fasulo

Marcella Fasulo serves as Executive Vice Chairman at Newmark since March 2023 and has been a Member of the Board of Advisors at LDS Investments since December 2021. Additionally, Marcella has been involved with WX Inc. on the Membership Committee since December 2017. Previously, Marcella held the position of Vice Chairman in Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield from 2016 to March 2023 and served as Senior Vice President at CBRE from 2009 to 2016, focusing on investment sales in New York City. Earlier roles include Associate at Savills from 2007 to 2009 and Business Development Analyst at CBRE from 2005 to 2007. Marcella holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Lehigh University College of Business.
