Jodi Carr, CCP, GRP has over 19 years of experience in compensation and benefits. Jodi is currently serving as the HR Director - Compensation and Benefits at NewMarket Corporation since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Compensation Manager at the same company from September 2011.

Before joining NewMarket Corporation, Jodi worked at Capital One as a Manager of Compensation from December 2008 to September 2011. Jodi also gained experience as a Sr. Compensation Analyst at Circuit City from June 2007 to December 2008.

Earlier in their career, Jodi worked at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc, where they held the positions of Executive Compensation Analyst/Compensation Supervisor from January 2005 to June 2007, and Recruiting Coordinator from February 2002 to January 2005.
