Lisa Massaad

Lisa Massaad has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lisa began their career in 1987 with Dillards in their Executive Development Program. From there, they worked as a District Sales Manager at MMD (now inVentiv Health) for eight years. Lisa then joined Biovail Pharmaceuticals Inc. in 1998 as an Area Sales Director, a position they held for six years. Following this, Lisa served as the Managing Director at RJ Evans & Associates for a year before joining Advanced Bio-Technologies in 2006. Lisa held various roles at Advanced Bio-Technologies, including National Sales Manager, Director of Marketing, Director of Consumer Marketing & Spa Sales ABT & Belli Skincare, and finally, Director of International Marketing & Commercial Support. In 2012, they joined Sinclair IS Pharma PLC as the Director of Global Marketing for Kelo-cote brand. After that, Lisa formed their own company, Aespertise, LLC, in 2013, where they worked as the Founder and President. Currently, they are employed at Newmedical Technology, Inc. as the Sr. Director of Global Marketing & Business Development.

Lisa Massaad completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Allegheny College, where they attended from 1983 to 1987. Lisa then pursued further education and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from Kent State University in the College of Journalism & Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations. Lisa'stime at Kent State University spanned from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Lisa Massaad obtained a certification as a Certified Image Consultant from The Studio for Image Professionals in March 2018.
