Lil Internet has a diverse range of work experiences in the media and entertainment industry. Lil co-founded Channel in 2022 and is currently serving as a co-founder and holds a prominent role in the company. Prior to that, they were a co-founder, podcast host, and producer at New Models since 2017. Lil also worked as a self-employed video director starting from 2010. Lil Internet had a significant role as a creative consultant at Boys Noize Records, where they led various creative projects including the design, promotional assets, live stage show, live visuals, and music videos for the Grammy-nominated DJ and producer Boys Noize. Additionally, they served as a director, director of photography, editor, and music producer for The Donna Karan Company, LLC in 2014, where they directed and edited videos for the DKNY SS15 Runway Show at NYFW. As the director of content for KarmaloopTV from 2007 to 2014, they contributed significantly to the company by directing content and overseeing production. Furthermore, Lil Internet worked as a music video director and editor for Parkwood Entertainment in 2013, where they directed Beyonce's "No Angel" music video. Early in their career, they worked as a music producer, live DJ, and music editor for Azealia Banks during their Fall 2013 Tour. Lastly, Lil Internet gained experience as an editor at Modernista!, where they worked on various projects for clients such as Hummer, Cadillac, Napster, and TIAA-CREF. Lil also edited a music video for the rock band U2.
Lil Internet's education history began in 1999 when they attended Governor's School for the Visual Arts. During this period, Lil Internet received a diploma and specialized in Visual and Performing Arts. Following this, from 2001 to 2004, Lil Internet pursued their bachelor's degree at Emerson College. They focused on Cinematography and Film/Video Production, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree upon completion of their studies.
