Gerardo Rasines

Gerardo Rasines is a seasoned networking professional with extensive experience in managing and implementing network architectures across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Network Architecture at Newmont Corporation since November 2016, Gerardo leads a team of 15 engineers to enhance the operation of LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks while overseeing integration efforts from company acquisitions. Prior experience includes consulting roles at Sierra Systems and HSBC Bank Canada, focusing on global network management and complex networking issues. Gerardo's earlier career includes positions at Business Objects, PSC Philip Analytical Services, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Pfizer, where critical contributions to network design, implementation, and support were made. Continuously enhancing skills, Gerardo is pursuing a Master of Science in AI and Machine Learning at Colorado State University Global, complemented by various certifications in networking and telecommunications from prestigious institutions.
