Joshua Baldock

Joshua Baldock is an accomplished metallurgist with extensive experience in the mining and resources sector. Currently serving as Chief Metallurgist at Newmont Corporation since September 2020, Joshua also held the role of Senior Project & Tailings Metallurgist. Prior to this, Joshua worked at TMAC Resources from January 2017 to September 2020 as a Senior Plant Metallurgist and Plant Metallurgist. Additionally, Joshua gained valuable experience at Newcrest Mining between January 2012 and January 2017, progressing from Graduate Metallurgist to Plant Metallurgist and Metallurgical Technician/Project Metallurgist. Joshua began a career in the industry at CSIRO as a Laboratory Technician from January 2006 to January 2011. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree from the University of Adelaide, obtained between 2008 and 2011, Joshua Baldock combines technical expertise with hands-on experience in metallurgical processes.
