Liesa Taylor

Liesa Taylor currently serves as Head of Talent and Learning at Newmont Corporation since November 2023. Previously, Liesa founded HuWork in 2013, focusing on organizational effectiveness with a mission to inspire humans at work. Liesa held various HR leadership roles at HP from 2009 to 2013, supporting a significant revenue-generating business unit. Earlier experience includes HR Business Partner at Sun Microsystems, leading HR for multiple segments of the Services business, and Associate Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, providing expertise across various industries. Liesa's academic credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Economics from Miami University. Additionally, Liesa contributed to the academic community as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Denver from 2005 to 2011, teaching courses in the HR master's program.
