Josh Wirth

Mr. Wirth is a director within NewOak Asset Management and supports the teams’ portfolio management, due diligence, re-underwriting, and valuation/reporting responsibilities. He provides business management oversight to an internal Financial Technology team dedicated to the Asset Management group. He is also responsible, often in coordination with outside counsel, for the group’s key legal agreements including bank liq.

Mr. Wirth has over 10 years of work experience in the mortgage industry. He originally joined NewOak in 2009 shortly after the firm’s launch, and spent 5+ years building out its re-underwriting, consulting and advisory services platforms.
