Bhavik Rathod

Bhavik Rathod has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Bhavik started their career at Certec Consulting, inc in 2015 as an IT Recruiter. Bhavik then joined Infinite Computing Systems in 2016, where they worked as an IT Recruiter, responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. In 2017, Bhavik joined Imetris Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting and placing contractors for IT positions. Bhavik later became a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, guiding and mentoring recruiters and interacting with account managers. Bhavik also worked as a Recruitment Manager, managing a team of recruiters and overseeing the recruitment life cycle. Currently, Bhavik is working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at NewPage Solutions.

Bhavik Rathod began their education at Seth M A High School, where they studied from 1998 to 2009. After completing high school, they enrolled at the Government of Maharashtra Ismail Yusuf College of Arts Science & Commerce Jogeshwari East Mumbai 400 060, where they pursued a degree in Science from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they attended Viva College of Diploma and Engineering from 2011 to 2014, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician.
