Amit Tyagi has extensive experience in customer experience management. Amit is currently the Head of Customer Experience at Newport City Homes since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Majid Al Futtaim as the Lead Customer Experience, managing transition and operations across multiple delivery centers and countries. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Head Customer Experience at Middle East Broadcasting Center, responsible for KPI delivery and defining service strategy. At Samsung Electronics, they held the position of Head of Contact Centre, managing contact center operations and complaints management. Before that, they worked as the Chief Customer Delight Officer at HCL Infosystems Ltd., responsible for service delivery and CSAT initiatives. Amit also held various roles at Bharti Airtel, including General Manager - National Head Customer Services, National Head Contact Centre Operations - Shared Services, and DGM Customer Service Delivery.
Amit Tyagi earned a Master's Degree in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2008 to 2010. In 2007, they obtained an ICMI Certified level 2 from ICMI in Contact Centre and CRM Operations. In 2004-2005, they were trained in Green Belt by Sig Sigma.
