Ken Cusson has extensive experience in the restaurant and catering industry, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Director of Restaurant & Catering Operations at Newport Harbor Corporation since July 2006. Previously, Ken held the position of Principal at Gatehouse Restaurant & Catering Company from March 2001 to July 2006, and was the General Manager at The Capital Grille from 1993 to 1999.
