Dr. Tónya Harris

Dr. Tónya Harris is an experienced educator and administrator who has worked in various roles in the education sector, including as an elementary school teacher, staff supervisor, and clinical residency coach. Dr. Tónya holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Teaching in Elementary Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. In their current role at Newport News Public Schools, Dr. Harris assists the school principal with monitoring student services and improving instructional programs through classroom observations and teacher conferences.
