Chief Operating Officer at Newport Restaurant Group

Casey Riley has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as an Agora Chef at the Westin Hotel Providence. In 2000, they became the Executive Chef at Castle Hill Inn and Resort. In the same year, they also started working as the Chief Operating Officer at Newport Restaurant Group. In 2006, they joined Newport Harbor Corporation as the Culinary Arts Director, and in 2010, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer. Their tenure at Newport Harbor Corporation ended in 2020.

Casey Riley attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1989 to 1991, earning an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.
