Chris Wigand

Chris Wigand has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry spanning over 30 years. Chris started their career at ITT Financial as a Branch Manager and then moved on to Conti Mortgage as a Senior Underwriter. Chris then joined Citifinancial Mortgage as an Underwriting Manager and later worked at Wilmington Finance as an Operations/Underwriting Manager. Chris then held the role of Conventional Underwriter at Daserte before becoming a DE Underwriter at Topdot Mortgage. Chris then joined GMAC Mortgage as an Investor Repurchase Risk Analyst before finally joining NewRez LLC as a Sr. Director, Asset & Risk Management, where they are currently employed.

Chris Wigand attended Penn State University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business.
