Shana M.

Shana M. has extensive work experience in the finance and mortgage servicing industry. Shana started their career at Evolve Bank and Trust as a Staff Accountant/Mortgage Servicing Analyst before moving up to the role of Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Servicing Manager. In this role, they successfully managed over $1 billion in loans and ensured compliance with industry regulations. Shana also played a key role in improving policies, procedures, and controls.

In 2017, Shana joined Newrez LLC as a Lead Portfolio Manager. Here, they took on the responsibility of creating and implementing value-add business strategies and client campaigns. Shana managed a team of Portfolio Managers and focused on servicing government and GSE residential loans. Shana's strong leadership skills and ability to identify opportunities for improvement contributed to the successful expansion and growth of the company.
