Edward Richards

Edward Richards has a diverse work experience in the property industry. Edward started their career in 2009 with a work experience opportunity at Hammerson, where they gained insights into the management of shopping centers and office construction projects. Edward then went on to complete work experience internships at Orme Retail, Vesta Asset Management, and Arrowcroft, where they developed skills in location analysis, client relationships, and distressed debt analysis. In 2014, they joined NewRiver REIT plc, initially working as an Asset Manager and later advancing to the role of Associate Director. Currently, they serve as the Director of Retail Warehousing at NewRiver REIT plc.

Edward Richards attended Harrow School from 2004 to 2009. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography at the University of Exeter from 2010 to 2013. Subsequently, they attended the University of Reading from 2013 to 2014 to obtain a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate.
